EU Projects

One of our main aims is to participate in projects, not only on a local context but also on a European dimension as well. This enhances collaboration with the various European countries and beyond.

Environmentally speaking, Malta is facing the same problems as most European countries. As such, EU projects are ideal in order to address these common problems. Several benefits can be reaped from these projects. Research, awareness raising and networking are just a few. They also help us to understand more thoroughly our local problems and find a quicker solution using the experience and errors of other countries.

Different schemes exist within the European Union that encourage and foster these kinds of projects.

Our InterestS

The LIFE programme together with the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), form the spearhead of the European's Union effort at maintaining and improving our environment. The LIFE programme focuses on environmental policy whilst the FP6 is directed towards research, development and innovation in a number of areas of which environment, which is one of the main priorities. Both can be accessed by Maltese entities and can help our organisation to grow and give a significant contribution to our country's environment.

We are interested in applying some environmental principles to the eContent Project.
